My name is Dar-Wei Chen (some people call me D.W., like the little sister in the Arthur cartoons)

I am currently a lead behavioral analyst at One Federal Solution where I work for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) of the U.S. Treasury. My areas of expertise are: human factors, learning science, and research methods. Broadly speaking, my work revolves around using psychology principles (related to human tendencies, abilities, limitations, biases, etc.) to analyze human behavior and improve human performance and user experience.
